Warranty Support

Warranty Service

Nutriteam offers warranty coverage on many products. If you have purchased a product from Nutriteam which has a warranty please follow the warranty directions included with your product. If you do not know the warranty policy for your product, please contact us before sending the product to us for service, and we will instruct you on how to proceed. We pride ourselves on excellent customer service and will do our utmost to provide quick and effectice warranty service.

If you are returning an item for repair/warranty coverage please be sure to package it in sturdy and well-packed box or container and include a brief note as to the problem you are having. Within the warranty period, it is the responsibility of the customer to ship the merchandise to our repair center if needed. Nutriteam will return repaired/replaced items postage paid. Nutriteam cannot be held responsible for your shipping and packaging. Please make sure that valuable items are insured in case your shipper causes damage in transit. If an item is received damaged from shipment or customer abuse etc., we reserve the right to refuse delivery of the package from the shipper, or return the item to you in the condition received. Items damaged by neglect, abuse, or in shipping will no longer be covered by any existing warranty coverage.

Nutriteam Return Policy

Nutriteam offers a 30-day satisfaction guarantee from the date of purchase on all unused merchandise. You must first contact us for a return authorization at support@nutriteam.com.

Nutriteam will issue credits upon the receipt and inspection of returned products in undamaged condition. We reserve the right to use our discretion in determining the qualifications of a returned item for credit. When placing an order with our company by phone or through our website you are electronically agreeing to all Nutriteam policies. While we do allow the use of most products for a period of 30-days prior to a return, we do reserve the right to refuse or assess restocking fees for items that have been used, abused, or damaged.

Products must be returned with original packaging and in the original condition. Missing packaging, paperwork, or parts will result in a restocking fee with a minimum of 15% of the original purchase price.

Credits issued will be for products returned and will not include your original shipping charges unless a product has been determined to be defective.

International Orders

Nutriteam will not accept online orders made outside the United States with the exception of Canada (SEE BELOW). Our online shopping cart can only calculate shipping costs for the United States and Canada. For all international orders, please contact us via phone, fax or email. If you fail to follow the correct procedures when ordering we will contact you regarding your order.

Canada Customers Please Note: Shipping charges that are calculated on our website are only shipping charges and do not include taxes and or brokerage fees (with the exception of water distillers marked specifically for Canada) that the carrier may require you to pay before receiving the package. In our experience USPS (United States Postal Service) charges you taxes or duties but not a brokerage fee. UPS (United Parcel Service) charges you both taxes or duties, and brokerage fees.
