Nutriteam offers warranty coverage on many products. If you have purchased a product from Nutriteam which has a warranty please follow the warranty directions included with your product. If you do not know the warranty policy for your product, please contact us before sending the product to us for service, and we will instruct you on how to proceed. We pride ourselves on excellent customer service and will do our utmost to provide quick and effectice warranty service.
If you are returning an item for repair/warranty coverage please be sure to package it in sturdy and well-packed box or container and include a brief note as to the problem you are having. Within the warranty period, it is the responsibility of the customer to ship the merchandise to our repair center if needed. Nutriteam will return repaired/replaced items postage paid. Nutriteam cannot be held responsible for your shipping and packaging.
Please make sure that valuable items are insured in case your shipper causes damage in transit. If an item is received damaged from shipment or customer abuse etc., we reserve the right to refuse delivery of the package from the shipper, or return the item to you in the condition received. Items damaged by neglect, abuse, or in shipping will no longer be covered by any existing warranty coverage.
