Distilled water is pure water. Distillation produces the best quality water for transporting nutrients and for eliminating wastes from the body. Our Distillers are the highest quality and the most economical models you will find.
The problem with much of today's available drinking water:
Chronic toxicity is very difficult to assess, especially when more than one contaminant is involved. The fact is, the volume of research needed to assess drinking water risks has just not been done, because no one knows where to start.
Risk assessment is a complex process. It can be done, when effects appear soon after exposure. But uncertainty becomes greater the longer the period of time between exposure and appearance of symptoms, especially when more than one contaminant is suspected. Risks involved in bottled or tap-water consumption may never be fully assessable, largely due to the overwhelming numbers of toxins that are now seeping into water supplies. And EPA has established "safe levels" for many toxins without analyzing the cumulative risk. Only in acute outbreaks of poisoning do the dangers of drinking bad water come to light, for a time.

First, water is heated to boiling, killing bacteria and converting it to steam. Contaminants and impurities are left behind. As the steam cools, it condenses into pure and delicious drinking water.
We are often asked about distilled water and pH. The rule of thumb is that distillation will always move the pH closer to 7, which is neutral. This is because distillation removes all contaminants, whether acid or alkyline.

Bottled water is less regulated than tap water, even though over 2100 organic and inorganic drinking water contaminants have been found in U.S. drinking water supplies since 1974. While most bottled water is free of chlorine, high amounts of bacteria are frequently detected, and now there are confirmed amounts of pharmaceutical drug residues.
